I always suspected that I’ve contracted oral herpes from my mom. I took a shower one day and used her towel. I found herpes medication on her desk shortly after. We never talked about it, even to this day.

One thing’s for sure though, it’s horrible considering how uneducated kids were about STDs back then. My first flare-up was in 8th grade. Everyone was stupid and thought I got it from blowjobs or something.

So yeah kids. Don’t share towels.
